If you have an architect, we engage at sketch design and cost-test as the design develops. If you don't, we introduce you to architects whose work we trust.

Fully itemised costing tied to the documentation, not allowances. Domestic Building Insurance and registration in writing before any deposit is taken.

Permits, services, program.
Planning permit, building permit, structural and services coordination. Realistic preconstruction timeline written into the program.

Same trades, start to finish.
Weekly site meetings, same supervisor and trades start to finish. Photo records and minutes from every meeting. Variations costed transparently in writing before approval.
