This company works in association with MEGP Industries Pty Ltd, the licensed building company responsible for construction works.

Information shown on this website, including project descriptions, indicative pricing language, service descriptions and enquiry responses, is preliminary and informational only. No contractual relationship arises between you and Katsaros Group Pty Ltd, MEGP Industries Pty Ltd or any associated party unless and until a written building contract is fully executed by the authorised contracting entity.

Any proposal, fee indication or programme estimate provided before contract is subject to detailed design, site conditions and final scope.

Where you engage Katsaros Build for residential building works, those works will be carried out by MEGP Industries Pty Ltd as the licensed building contractor and contracting party. All statutory builder obligations, including registration, domestic building insurance and warranty cover, are held by MEGP Industries Pty Ltd.

All content on this website, including photography, copy, drawings, layouts and the Katsaros Build name and logos, is owned by Katsaros Group Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.

Photography of completed homes is published with owner consent. You must not redistribute or use that photography for any purpose.
